Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as payment clears (usually 48hrs.).
We offer the following shipping methods:

This section may include the cost of each additional form of delivery as we update our website. This shipping fee is inclusive of the coninuous forty eight states. AK, HI, PR are available with payment of the additional expense coverage.

There are times when demand is great and this creates a backlog. We try our very best to ship each order as soon as possible.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment. This option is available in the shopping cart area while processing your order.

Returns

Customers sometimes ask what our return policy is. Our aim is for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

If you buy a brass catcher to control your brass from flying all over the place, in different directions, over your head, and so-on, then you will be saddly disappointed. No brass catcher can gather brass from an unruley gun ejection. Our brass catchers are stationary, they don't run around and catch brass thrown all over the place, as there are none that do. So purchasing a brass catcher for this purpose and then returning it because you think it doesn't work, well it is plainly wrong. You will be subject to our restocking fee. Our brass catchers work as described and as expected, which we do guarantee.

Unused system returns for refund in new condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The acceptance of a return is governed by the unit condition when it arrives. Additional deductions will be accessed for returns not in new condition.


We are a Christian Company and expect to do business as such.
Return for repairs under the lifetime warranty include all labor. The consumer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of replacement parts. If the part was found to be a manufacture defect, then the replacement part and repair will be at no cost to the consumer.
